Is this issue under consideration or we shift to we socket? It's been a week since all users are facing this issue.

Please confirm as code changes takes time.

I am facing issue since last one week for getLtpData. As per API doc, rate limit is 10 per seconds. but, at present it come down to less than 4 per second. @admin @admin123 pls look into this issue.

NIFTY closing price is incorrect.

@admin my account is blocked and as per recent forum discussion we need to connect with customer care to unblock.
I am trying to reach customer care but your offices are closed. Now I am feeling helpless. I have cancelled all my plans to work on this project today, and blocking user ID is really irritating.

Probable solution: Please enable facility to unblock account with OTP verification. This will reduce system load and ease users as well.
Also, show countdown limit of attempts to users, so we can take proactive measure to avoid such issues.
Blocking ID without prior intimation is irritating. Please work on it.

Holding data is incorrect. I have sold NAUKRI stock still it's appearing in obj.holding() function.

NIFTY tokens is missing since Saturday. I thought it's temporary or under maintenance. But now it's confirmed. Pls solve this issue asap.

I could not find it in json file.

I have sold few stocks still they are visible in SMARTAPI holding data.

At the same time, I have brought stocks NAUKRI (Info Edge) and Intellect Design etc. are not reflecting in holding data.

In web view entire data is correct. Correction need to made in SMARTAPI.

@admin : facing this issue suddenly. I have also filled google form to migrate my account as per above thread. Pls do the needful urgently.

@GaryR01 1 pm is tentative timing, some days it's around 2/2.30. Some time works completely fine. But since last few days I am facing this issue.

Is anyone facing issue of delayed response under getltp function 1 pm onwards? I am facing it since last week. Response time slowed down after 1 pm.

Hi Team,

I am facing several issues in SmartAPI:

1. Few tokens are not working. eg: CADILAHC-EQ, BURGERKING-EQ etc. same issue posted earlier - https://smartapi.angelbroking.com/topic/1491/token-no-not-available-for-below-stocks?_=1647165802681

2. Response time of getltp, orderbook, getbalance slowed down around 2 pm to 4 pm (Faced this issue 3-4 times in last week)

3. Need NIFTY, BANKNIFTY high/low data under getltp function
