AB1007 - User is Blocked -on Saturday :(

@admin my account is blocked and as per recent forum discussion we need to connect with customer care to unblock.
I am trying to reach customer care but your offices are closed. Now I am feeling helpless. I have cancelled all my plans to work on this project today, and blocking user ID is really irritating.

Probable solution: Please enable facility to unblock account with OTP verification. This will reduce system load and ease users as well.
Also, show countdown limit of attempts to users, so we can take proactive measure to avoid such issues.
Blocking ID without prior intimation is irritating. Please work on it.
