Blocking of equity scrips falling under surveillance measures from placeorder API from Friday 24th Jan, after market hours

How can I get which stocks are under surveillance measures? so that I can add some logic in API.

It is not just for ESM, but there are many other categories as well.
We have blocked the scrips in API because the exchange mandates that a 'pop up is shown before the trade is placed' and user submits their 'consent everytime the pop up is being shown'.
The pop up cannot be shown in APIs, also, since users automate their trades, the consent cannot be automated.
The you can trade in those scrips via web and app as the pop up and consent can be taken there.
Since you have given an example of ESM scrip, here is the pop up and consent undertaking for an ESM scrip on the web.

@admin is there a way to get a list of all these stocks beforehand? so that we can prevent calling place order api on them. -
Please do something for this. We are algo traders, we know what we are doing and we are responsible for our trades. We are aware of profit and loss consequences.
Algo trade means not interactive, then please consider removing this restriction for algo trades.
This thing is harming our business. please do something.

Hello admin,I was reading through notice PDF, I couldn't find they have mentioned REST based API should show popup. Please check and reconsider this decision to block trading of such scrips. It is important for algo trading.

@saf-admin-prod why i am not able to connect to SmartAPI using my angelbroking userid and password. It always throws a error wrong username or password.
