      @admin Thanks for the update, we know it has been resolved as mentioned in the description.

      The ticket was created primarily to have a fix so that this one does not occur again. Hope you have identified the cause & fixed it so that this does not happen again.

      Some of your users that are with us are trading very large portfolios, even a small outage puts a lot of money at risk.
