Websocket HB failures

We have faced this issue 6 times since today market open. have reported this multiple times in the past.
quality of API is getting worse by the day.

you should stop your websocket service till it is fixed.

Today websocket got disconnected 13 times so far.. Server is hosted at AWS, so this cant be a network issue..
This used to happen once or twice before but last week days were super bad. Whenever there is a movement in the market server goes down. This is clearly an infrastructure issue.
Please dont force us to switch to other vendors and take necessary step to improve. Our hard earned money is at stake here.

@admin even SmartAPI is failing to fetch data as per limits allowed and the service is not consistant as well.
