PnL values are missing

Sometimes some of the positions are not showing the pnl values.
It does not happen every time, it is an intermittent issue.
From the outside, what I am guessing is may be some reference data like live price etc. is missing sometimes resulting in this kind of behavior. Some times refreshing a screen shows the values, but it is inconsistent.
