Tick data flashing only for 266 seconds

when i try to run websocket, live streaming of ticks happen only for 266 seconds. after that i have to re run the program. every time tick data come only for 266 seconds.
pl help how to sort out this problem

I am also facing same issue that web socket in getting closed after 5 min in NodeJs sdk. @admin can you please look into this.
