Websocket2.0 is not working

I am trying to connect to ws://smartapisocket.angelone.in/smart-stream but it says url not found. Is this the valid websocket url to connect?

Apologies for delayed response.
We have multiple request headers, contracts to be pushed to hit the endpoint "smart-stream". Kindly reverify on the same with the reference of below documentation.
