Timeout issue through Tradetron for the past 1 week

    Hi,

    I am facing timeout issue when trades are initiated via tradetron for the past 1 week.

    In multi leg entries, one leg is created however second leg is getting timeout.
    Or
    Both legs are created but still tradetron reports a timeout.

    When checked with Tradetron, they say there is a timeout issue from broker as there is no response received for more than 2 minutes.

    This is happening only since last week.

    Can you please urgently advice what is the issue here?
