Does smartapi provide a way to fetch OI data?

In docs: https://smartapi.angelbroking.com/docs/MarketData i see in the sample response for full mode, "opnInterest": 0, but does that mean smartapi does not provide OI data so it shows 0 all the time? FYI: not interested in websocket.
