These API rate limits are Per User

by creating multiple API we cannot bypass 10orders per second limit

I have multiple account of my family.
i have developed an algo to punch same orders in all of them.
i am not able to get logged in into system.

the same algo i am running from last 3 weeks & its running fine.

my websocket is stucking and order update also not working properly,

1. Every now and then i am getting HTTPSConnectionPool issue
2. I am working with around 16+ accounts
3. i am facing constant issue from last 2 weeks.
4. Currently i am using amazon AWS WINDOWS Ec2 4GB with bandwidth 5Gbps.
5. 20 out of 1 order has the same issue.
6. note : all my requests are in rate limits only
