We are getting this page when we are using redirect method to generate login token for smart api integration , is there any better way or alternative?

I am building an algo platform for the Stocks and Future market.
Can I use smart API for historical data for backtesting purposes?
If yes,- Any charges for it ?
- Any limitations in the API ?
- Can I retrieve data of any symbol , of any timeframe and price base?
