Hi @mudit236 , I thin you need to pass exchange as "BFO" for SENSEX Options.

@Moderator_2 i am not using any SDK. i have just connected through raw API. API response time is more than 20 seconds that is the big issue. API should respond in milliseconds.

@admin If a user creates multiple sessions, in the older session, order placing returns a NoneType Error. Fetching ltp or other details works fine in the older session, just placing orders returns errors. What other details should i provide? As mentioned this was not an issue till Friday

You may get session expired error as we have invalidated all sessions. Please call loginbyPassword again to generate the session. In case of any further concerns, please let us know.

@admin thanks for the resolution, working fine now.

Today all API keys were changed. Before doing such changes, prior intimation should be given that the keys will be refreshed.

@admin @administrators surely the api users cant be expected to be checking if their api keys have been deleted un-announced and then have to recreate them, without even getting a response regarding what the issue is on the forums?
