I am having trouble with this code i am sorry i am new to this forum, so please help me becz i am new to programming
1: i need to access live_data dictionary outside on_data function but unable to do .. it returns empty dictionary when i print it
2: i am unable to convert exchange_timestamp to datetime object in this code, you can see i have commented
