I'm currently experiencing severe stability issues when trying to download the daily instrument master JSON file.
Over the past couple of hours, the endpoint has been highly degraded. Specifically, I am seeing two distinct issues when making standard GET requests:

504 Gateway Time-outs: The endpoint frequently times out and returns an HTML error page instead of the expected JSON payload.

Aborted TCP Connections: When the server does respond with a 200 OK and begins sending the JSON file, the TCP connection is consistently dropped/aborted by your server halfway through the download

@pari I am facing the same issue. First it was 504 gateway timeouts and then when the download actually started, the TCP connection was constantly getting dropped.
