Hi @Karthikeyan Unfortunately it took us longer than expected to debug and resolve the issue today. The reason is one of our outgoing internet links had an issue where packets were getting dropped causing the issue. This link generally has low traffic and therefore the issue was not noticeable outright until we tested and isolated each link separately. We are working with the ISP on the reason for failure and also on improving out monitoring of the links.

@Karthikeyan Need to migrate to V2 if not already.
