My order rate will remain well below 10 orders per second (my system enforces a hard limit of 1 order per second). Under SEBI's retail algorithmic trading framework (circular dated February 4, 2025, fully effective April 1, 2026), please confirm in writing:

That self-directed automated order placement via SmartAPI is permitted on my account at this order rate;

Whether any registration, declaration, or onboarding step is required from my side for this usage;

The process for registering my static IP address for API trading, when I am ready to go live;

Whether any Algo-ID or order-tagging requirement applies to my orders at this sub-threshold order rate. A written response is requested for my records.
