API: getCandleData (Historical Data API)
Error: 403 - "Access denied because of exceeding access rate"
This error persists consistently across multiple hours, even for a single
isolated API call with no other requests in between. My usage is nowhere
near the documented limits (3 req/sec, 180/min, 5000/hour) — I tested with
a single call after a 30+ second gap and it still fails, while login and
the /market/v1/quote endpoint work perfectly.
