Historical Data not acurate in Feb-2017

Hello Team,

I sync data for Feb-2017, in this month 19 days market open so as per that calculation there are 133 candles in 1 Hour, 247 candles in 30 Min, 475candles in 15 Min, 722 candles in 10 Min, 1425 candles in 5 Min, 2375 candles in 3 Min, 7125 candles in 1 Min.

I verify data in ACC. There is an issue in 15 Min, 10 Min, 3 Min, and 1 Min.

I see this issue every month, So verify this and update it.

So that everyone does a proper backtest. Otherwise strategy not give proper results.
