Static IP Requirement for Market Data-Only SmartAPI Application

    Hello SmartAPI Team,

    I am developing a personal Python application exclusively for live NSE market data and historical candle data.

    I will not use API order placement, modification, or cancellation.

    I currently use a mobile hotspot with a dynamic public IP address.

    Could you please clarify:

    1. Is a registered static public IPv4 mandatory for a market-data-only SmartAPI application?
    2. If yes, is there any officially supported alternative for users with dynamic IP addresses?
    3. Can I create and use a Market Feed API application without a static IP?

    I would appreciate your guidance before proceeding with app registration.
