Unable to create SmartAPI App – Internal Error

    Hello SmartAPI Support,

    I am trying to create a new SmartAPI application from the SmartAPI portal.

    App Name: I1 Intraday

    I have:

    Enabled TOTP successfully
    Provided a valid HTTPS Redirect URL
    Used my current public IPv4 address obtained using curl.exe ipv4.icanhazip.com
    Left the optional Secondary Static IP blank

    However, when I click Add, the portal consistently returns:

    “Internal Error”

    Please check my SmartAPI account and advise why the application cannot be created.

    I need the API initially for historical market data and live market-data testing/backtesting. I am not requesting automated order placement at this stage.

    Screenshot of the error is attached.

    Please resolve/enable SmartAPI app creation for my account.
