Specifically, I would like to know:

Is the file updated once daily (for example, after market hours)?
Is it refreshed periodically throughout the day (e.g., every 10–15 minutes)?
What is the official source or process used to generate and update this file?
Is there any documentation or endpoint that provides information about the file's update schedule?

Your guidance will help us ensure that our application always uses the latest instrument master data.
