Whitelisting of Static IPs

Dear Admin, I have setup two VMs for deploying API based strategies through two apps. But these apps are not allowing data transmission through VMs. I tried to mail the support team but the message I received from there is "Your message couldn't be delivered to smartapi@angelone.in because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information.". Please look into the matter and do the needful. Both IPs: 140.238.252.162 and 92.4.94.38
