Mapping of Smartapi to Demat Account

I had closed my angelone demat account a couple of years back and have opened a fresh one recently with a new client ID.
On registering on the smartapi portal (using the same mobile number as the one that I had used for my old angelone account) the smartapi portal has automatically gotten mapped to the old demat account and is displaying the old client ID

Is there any way to map it to the fresh demat account.
