    App got hidden and I can not see that in my apps

        @admin hi my client id is S1619051. If it helps. We are told not to share the api keys and that can control whole of our trading account. I request to check with client id. I created the app earlier but it's not in hidden state and not showing in active apps. But it's working as I can login using key.

          Hi @santokh3386

          I verified with client id we can see out of 3 apps 2 is in inactive state. Only one app is in active so you can make use of that & its app name is SWINGMASTERAI.

            @admin thanks for the prompt reply. there must be 2 app active and if the app is inactive I should be able to see it in can to check any confirmation or to reactivate it. In new app I tried to enter the public ip which might have been used in inactive app. I am getting prompt that ip is already used. I request if I can see my inactive apps as well that will be helpful.

              Hi @santokh3386

              More than one smart-api user cannot have same IP. So pls add new app with unique IP

                @admin Hi Thanks for the confirmation. But to update i need to see the app as of now i can not see my all aps to update the details. If you can help that will be great.

                    @admin Sorry for bothering multiple times. I am able to login from the previously created APP key for the same is 8fPncuiM. Which is working file but i can not see this app in my app store. the configuration is proper and working. But Its not visible.

                    The app which is visible has some misconfiguration and if i try to change the public IP it says IP alreay used in APP (that is not visible). When I try to login to this app it is not redirecting me to the desired page. So i am stuck in between. Please help to to see my old app.

                      Hi @santokh3386

                      If you getting error like IP is already used means which is already taken by some other smart api user. So pls update the app with some unique IP this issue will get resolved. Use below link to login to see old apps
