Historial getOIData Api Error (Only BFO Expiries) - Something Went Wrong

Hi Team,
I am using Historical Rest Api and I am not registered to Static IP.

/v1/getOIData Api -> NFO Working Fine
/v1/getOIData Api -> BFO Not Working

In NFO -
FUTSTK & OPTIDX is working.
FUTIDX & OPTSTK Not working
