Error while placing Order through api - exchange user id for the user is invalid

for orderid 240923000126215 got "exchange user id for the user is invalid" rejection message for symbol BANKNIFTY25SEP2453800PE
whereas orderid 240923000131960 for symbol BANKNIFTY24SEP60500CE was placed successfully.
What is this error message, everything was placed using the same program. so there was no difference between requests between both orders except for symbol and transaction_type
