Unable to generate TOTP

I'm trying to connect to the API for which I need the TOTP. But in the Smart API Dashboard, when I click "Enable TOTP" and enter my login credentials, I get an error message "LoginbyPassword is not allowed. Please switch to Login by MPIN now." but I don't see any login by MPIN option.
Can you please guide me how can I generate TOTP for my account?
PS: I'm using PHP API and when I call the GenerateSession() method, I get an response data as follows "{"status":false,"message":"Invalid totp","errorcode":"AB1050","data":null}"

Please use MPIN instead of password.Please don't use php because we are currently not supporting the same

@Moderator_3 when i enter mpin pop up saying something went wrong please try after sometime comes.

@Moderator_3 Actually earlier enable TOTP tab is not working that's why i was not able to generate totp and getting totp.
now everything is fine. -
@Moderator_3 The error message shows "LoginbyPassword is not allowed. Please switch to Login by MPIN now." when one uses their registered email address and password to login. The second error message, "Something went wrong, please try after sometime" shows when one uses their registered email address and MPIN, instead of Client ID and MPIN. Maybe, you can change the error message, like "Please enter your Client ID instead of the Email ID" for making it easier to understand.
