Getting error while placing an order

I am getting below rejection while placing an order.

I have submitted many errors but not getting any solutions from this support portal.
Then what is the purpose of this portal? -

This error shows up when you are trying to place an order not in standard lot size. We recommend you to check the latest lot size on the Scrip Master file available here , which is updated daily.
Similarly for SILVERM23AUGFUT, if your intention is to buy a single lot, you will have to mention the quantity as 5 units (the lot size) instead of 1 unit.
