Error - USER IS BLOCKED FOR TRADING

Sir, my id is - DIYD20346. I want to trade with tradetron. but error- USER IS BLOCKED FOR TRADING- occurs. i raised this issue about 15 days ago. Reply come from your side that you will be able to trade by Monday (01 feb 21).

sir, I am not able to trade till now. Please take the necessary action.
