Rest API call failing for getAllHolding

Today again we are getting this Response: API Error: Internal Error```

I think getHolding is also down as below API is also down.

Instrument List Url is 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable since 16-July 2025 Morning. When you guys are solving this ?
