Orders keep getting rejected - ERROR : RMS:Rule: Assigned basket for entity account-A433458 across exchange across segment across product

Hi,
This has been a recurring error with our API.
But now we can place a single order as all our orders gets rejected.Please look into this and let us know what needs to be done.

We have been placing order using the API itself which were fine until a point and suddenly we start getting this rejection.
