Websocket not consistant

about socket automatically disconnection problem.

i found with my testing web socket is automatically disconnect after 5 minute of interval.

when i reconnect than it is working properly for the 5 minute than after it is automatically disconnected.

Since launching of API we can not get accurate historical data.
since last 1 month web socket issue, due to increase in number of user server is not responding properly.

My suggestion is first test everything thereafter launch new products, in your API server there is number of user increase but you did not increase server capacity or do load balancing in API server, like our competitor Zerodha they have 3 time more customer but their customers are never face this type of issue.

Kindly do proper attention in API segment otherwise client move to other broker and they never come back to us.

Now I have product which is based on algo trading and I wish to give it to other clients.

If you guys did not support then I have to find other broker for proper API.

@ashishmavani true. People lose trust here since they are getting inconsistent data for the past 6 months.
They are just building their software keeping the public as guinea pigs. I would be shifting to other brokers soon if they arent stable enough now.

Very bad planning and execution on Angel's front.
