The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. C#.net

This is irritating and making me to book unwanted losses . When I try to call getLTP or getOrders I'm getting this The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. It's not consistently not sure when we will get .. because of this I suppose to exit my trades @ 3.25pm which couldn't place order as it's got object reference error( because of 500error response from api) Below are the log and snapshots of issue.
