Seems the issue is resolved now, could we have the root cause analysis please? And the steps to avoid this in the future. It affected live trading for so many clients.

I am sorry to say, this is really hampering your reputation. There have been too many occurrences of these type of issues (network or timeout related). And this is not acceptable for such a big broker. You might find me harsh, but this is a genuine feedback intended to improve your overall product quality.
Someone from your top management needs to divert funds to the stability of the system. No matter how good apis or any other front end systems you build, if the internal core trading system has stability issues; then it will simply spoil all good work that you are doing on front end projects like Smart API.
If possible, please have this message delivered to someone who is in the best interest of the company, has enough authority and can understand what I am saying.
