HTTP 403 Forbidden Error on Historical Data API (getCandleData)

    Hello SmartAPI Support Team,

    I am facing an issue with the Historical Data API. My SmartAPI login session is created successfully, and I am able to fetch live market quotes in the same session without any issues.

    However, when I try to fetch historical minute candles using the getCandleData endpoint, I receive an HTTP 403 (Forbidden) error. I have stopped the requests for now to avoid any IP block.

    My Account Details:

    • Client ID: L58401
    • App Name: BankNiftyAlgo

    Could you please check from the backend if 'Historical Data' access is fully enabled and properly mapped to my account? Please let me know if I need to regenerate the key or if there is any account-specific restriction.
