BO Order edit not allowed via UI

I placed an BO order via API on UI it displays the order was placed via older version and can not be updated. is there a recent change in api?
It was working till few days back. -

No recent changes been done to Place Order API. Pls let us know what kind of error you're getting while modifying.

This is the message in tooltip not an error, also order is visible on charts in app but not in web UI.

This is not related to smart api post your query in angle one site under settings click ask angel or one help menus to report any UI related issue.

@admin I raised an issue as you mentioned but the support team keep saying same to contact api team, I also tried escalating but didn't get correct response.

Order places via API can not be edited from Web UI, also they are not visible on charts, while same works in mobile app.
I raised a ticker with angleone support as well, they said connect with api team.
