Whitelisted IP Not Working for Order Placement

I have two apps added in the Angel One platform. One of the apps is correctly linked to the right IP, but the second one either does not exist or seems to be mapped to an incorrect IP.
My server has two IPs. From one account, I am able to place orders without any issues. However, when I execute using the second app or the mirror account—which should also be mapped to the same working IP—I am still unable to place an order.
Could you please verify why order placement is failing even though the mapped IP is valid and active?
