9:15 15Minute Candle data is not coming when you fetch at 9:30 AM (even with 1 minute buffer 9:31)

I have a system that fetches data for every 15 minutes and when market opens, it fetches data for 9:15 candle and I get empty array in the response. I thought I should fetch after few seconds not exactly at 15th min candle so I invoked at 9:31 yet no response. This was not the case for other 15th minute data (ex: at 9:45, I get 9:30 15 minute candle data).
I observed this issue happens only for 9:15 15 Minute candle data.
Could you please fix this bug Angel One? I am planning to trade here so please if you can resolve this issue ASAP, I can actually start deploying capital.
FYI: I tested this on Nifty 50 & some other Nifty 50 Stocks.
