Error in Excel Sheet API link

During configuration API with Excel error message found as - Exception of type 'Microsoft.Mashup.Engine.Interface.ResourceAccessForbiddenException' was thrown.

And the response received as-

errorcode AB1050
data

In API documentation Error code AB1050 is not available.

This error seems like something related machine and not from our side

Hi,
I am trying to develop an excel sheet for trading as well as historical data.
I had tried to re look into the code and gor the error as-
My Client ID is RMYM1844
