Order placement issue Internal server 500 issue

@admin Getting following error while placing order. We got Internal Server error 500 initially and later got below error. Order is being sent from python terminal but is not received at Angel servers.

500 internal server error:
There is a temporary issue at the time of order placement and retrieving the order status through SmartAPI on account of bad network at Angel Broking. Angel broking mobile app is also impacted & is working with limited functionalities. We are working on having this resolved at the earliest. We regret the inconvenience. -
