SmartAPI website shows weird URL - cloudFront

Is there a change in the URL of the SmartAPI pages? When I try to login to SmartAPI to enable TOTP, I see this as the URL:

https://d24vxxstyf61rc.cloudfront.net/enable-totp

Is this valid? Or this might be a phishing attack?? Please confirm ASAP!
