Unable to understand websocket 2.0 implementation

After spending sufficient time to go through github repository and documentation related to websocket 2.0 implementation , I have finally given up unless someone generous here help me out.
I tried to follow the example given by Mr Nishant Jain in github but python refuses to recohnise the class name itself. When I pip install smart api python library and websoket-client , I do not see any package named websocket ver2.0 in site packages.
I am humbly requesting someone if I can be directed to - atleast - which libraries are to be installed and from where. I shall be grateful.
