Rate Limit Error ,Reset Time

I am getting <Response [403]>
Access denied because of exceeding access rate

After this error, is there a time after which the access will be enabled again??

Rate Limiting implement as per user for respective smartAPI.
The APIs can be accessed if the request consumed within the limit.
