      Admin,

      I'm receiving "HTTPSConnectionPool(host='apiconnect.angelbroking.com', port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=7)" errors starting 10:01AM.

Please check and fix the issue.

I stopped the script to try and start it again. It's not even logging in now.

Please acknowledge the issue and fix it ASAP. Out of every 50-60 requests, only 1 request is going through.

Working intermittently. For every 20-30 request, 1 request is fulfilled.

It's been almost 3 hours since this issue started occurring. Half of the trading session is over. Please provide an update on:

                    1. What is causing the issue? Is it bandwidth? Server capacity?
                    2. When will the issue be resolved?
                    3. What steps are being taken to ensure these issues do not keep happening, since this is the second time in 2 weeks that it has happened?

Come on.. What's happening here? There is absolutely no accountability. The API has been down the whole day and I'm sure a lot of your customers are facing issues. This is absolutely unacceptable.

HI @pari @c_harish Unfortunately it took us longer than expected to debug and resolve the issue today. The reason is one of our outgoing internet links had an issue where packets were getting dropped causing the issue. This link generally has low traffic and therefore the issue was not noticeable outright until we tested and isolated each link separately. We are working with the ISP on the reason for failure and also on improving out monitoring of the links.
