last 15 min historical candle data close value

hello developer,
i want to ask question that, if i hit request for last 15 min candlestick data (OHLC) at time 11:45:40 AM for particular stock.. then i didn't get exact value of close... it lagging every second for next 4 minute, when i hit request continous...
i need exact close value which trade view provides after 20-30 seconds closing candle of 15 minutes...
