Web socket incompletely streaming data

    I observed web socket not streaming data completely for tick data. There has been volume difference observed on data received in a minute vs actually traded volume.
    I verified this with your historical api where volume traded for every minute vs what I received is differ by hugh margin.
    Is this known issue or I am only facing this. Are the number of tokens suscribed impact this ? I know there can he 1000 tokens can be subscribed in one web socket session but I have not even 100.
    Can somebody help on this ?
