refresh rate for Top Gainers/Losers, PCR and OI Buildup

    just a quick questions:-

    1. What's the refresh rate for Top Gainers/Losers, PCR and OI Buildup ?

    :- I mean does it get refresh each second or minute or 3 minute.

    1. With Live Market Data API we are able to fetch 50 symbols in just one request with a rate limit of 1 request per second. So in rate limit section its mentioned Throttling Limit Rate (Request/Second) 10 for the same.

    So it means I can throttle 10 request each for 50 symbols in each second, am I right on this?
