Connection timeout error on OCI

    While I runt the code from my Laptop this code runs fine . But when i try to run the same code form the server it gives connection time out.
    @admin can you please look into it .

    Exact error: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='apiconnect.angelbroking.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /rest/auth/angelbroking/user/v1/loginByPassword (Caused by ConnectTimeoutError(<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0xfffe3ac139d0>, 'Connection to apiconnect.angelbroking.com timed out. (connect timeout=7)'))
