Live Data APIs not working from around 2 weeks

    Both Websocket and Websocket 2.0 APIs not working from around 2 weeks. Websocket gets 'ak'='nk' in heartbeat task and Websocket 2.0 just has ping and pong responses.

    [{'ak': 'nk', 'msg': 'hb', 'task': 'hb'}]

    What is wrong? The identical code worked in the past and stopped working overnight.

    How to debug this as the same code is giving different results.

    Please help ASAP.
